INSURANCE:
Does Legion RAF accept insurance?
All of my patients have insurance, however, they choose to forgo insurance-based care in order to have dedicated 1-on-1 time with me, without limitations of insurance denials, without the headache of surprise payments, and ability to focus on goals that matter to them, and not the insurance company.
Legion RAF is an out-of-network clinic, meaning I do not participate with any insurance plans.
I CAN send you a superbill for you to forward to your insurance company to apply towards your out-of-network benefits
I DO ACCEPT FSA/HSA payments

Affiiliated Personnel:
Does Legion PTW have aides or other employees?
No. All of my patients and clients are in contact with me directly. This streamlines processes and ensures that there is never a middle person when communicating about your care.
Other Questions:
Does Legion RAF treat minors?
Yes! I love working with kids and seeing them prosper in the clinic and beyond.
There is a consent to treat form as well as a clause in the patient intake form which requires legal parent/guardian of the child to attest to their treatment/participation
