Legion Rehabilitation and Adaptive Fitness is here to help you achieve all of your rehabilitation, performance, and wellness goals. I understand that circumstances may arise which cause you to cancel your appointment. 

However - while cancellations have an impact on my time and schedule - they have the greatest impact on those who are also seeking my time, care, and expertise.

Your first cancellation and rescheduling request within 24 hours of your reserved appointment time during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and planned out-of-office times), will NOT incur a charge. 

Legion RAF will then issue an email reminder of the Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy as a courtesy to remind you that subsequent cancellation and rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your reserved time will be charged the current full price of the session.

Three Rescheduling and/or cancellation requests in succession will result in a 30-day suspension of treatment. In order to avoid this, you are always welcome to contact audrey@legionraf.com and I will work with you to build a schedule that allows for the most consistency.

Weekend Cancellation Requests:

Requests to cancel or reschedule appointments need to be sent during business hours (10am-8pm Monday through Friday). Requests sent over the weekend will be honored the next business day.

***E.g. If the request to cancel or reschedule a Monday appointment occurs after 8pm on the preceding Friday, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. The cancellation fee of the current single session rate will be charged to the patient, since the request will be reviewed on the Monday of the original appointment. 

What does this mean for patients?

If you have a Monday appointment, please send your request to reschedule on the prior Friday before 8pm, to avoid the same-business day cancellation fee of the current single session rate.
